Zendesk is coming to Chicago for a free, fun and engaging day of customer service and Zendesk training for all levels!  Zendesk is excited to announce its second year of Zen U. for brand new content and training.

The schedule includes a beginner’s training session before diving deeper into more detailed topics, advanced students are welcome to skip this session and come when the content is most helpful. 

This is a free event open to anyone interested improving their support process and customer experience. A laptop is enouraged to help you follow along but is not mandatory.
